All orders are shipped from British Columbia, Canada and we ship to both Canada and United States, as well as many countries worldwide.

Most orders will ship out in one business day (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays).

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or customs and import duties, tax and other import charges.  As well as lost items.

Certain Items qualify for dollar shipping within Canada when they are not gift wrapped, you can find them in the "Dollar Shipping" Category.  These items will be shipped for $1.00 as lettermail and without tracking number. These items can be sent to other countries via Canada Post Light Packet, which cost $3.00-$6.00.

If, for any reason, your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you immediately via email. You will not be charged for any item that is out of stock, and we can remove the item from your order or substitute the item.
