All items are double-checked and carefully packed before shipping. The buyer will be responsible for errors made when providing your shipping or billing information during purchase, resulting in delays of shipment, and additional shipping costs for replacement, when applicable.
Clearance and Discounted priced items are not returnable. Return within 7 days of receipt is offered on new and unopened items in its original undamaged package and buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost for sending the items back.The original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Please e-mail us prior to any return. Refund will be provided in store credits. Currently, the only way to exchange an item is to return it for a full refund, and then place a new order for the item you're interested in.
Please send all returns via the method it was originally shipped to you.
Return will be provided for items that is defective. All damaged, missing items or incorrect shipments must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Email us and we will give you instructions on preparing the return. If the item proves to be defective, we will send a replacement to you. Remember to keep all original packaging materials. We will not accept exchange and returns on item(s) without first reporting to us within 7 days of receipt. Surreal Gift Products in its absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective and in "new and unopened condition". If you'd like to return items purchased with the FREE Shipping promotion, please note that there is a 15% restocking fee on the entire order if the order total falls under $80 because of a returned item that is not defective.
Be sure to watch for your shipment! If it is returned to us, we will not reimburse original shipping charges, only the cost of the item minus any additional shipping cost. If you'd like it reshipped, the cost to do so will be your responsibility.
